Welcome to this segment, without any delay, I will go straight to helping you successfully make your weight loss tea at home. For this recipe, you will be needing
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Lemon
- 1 medium-size Ginger
- Half a cup of dried Mint (You can also use the fresh mint if you have it in your possession)
- Half Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- Half Tea Spoon Turmeric
- Water
- Honey (Optional but never substitute with sugar)
PROCEDURE
- Wash all your ingredients properly.
- Slice you Cucumber and Lemon making sure you are not peeling off their skin.
- Blend your Ginger, and pour into your desired spot.
- Add your sliced ingredient alongside your Mint leaf.
- To this mixture, add 1.5 Litres of water.
- Place on your stove to boil.
- After boiling, set aside to cool while you get a bottle for storage.
- Using a sieve to separate the liquid from the chaff, pour the liquid into your bottle to refrigerate.

Every morning take your desired quantity and heat on the stove or microwave.
Then add ½ Tsp of Turmeric, ½ Tsp of Cinnamon, and Pure honey if you desire. Serve hot or warm and remember, this tea is to be taken religiously for effective results.
