HOW TO MAKE SHAWARMA BREAD AT HOME

Hi everyone, you remember I gave a gist on how the shawarma I ate in a restaurant got me into trouble if you have not seen that post, click here to view it. It was basically about the time I ate out and ended up getting my self-messed up in public. This event prompted me to stop eating Shawarma but I love it anyway, I have been in the position of buying some for friends but I didn't get for myself because I didn't want to encounter what I went through the previous time so I had to learn how to make mine at home and today I will be showing you how but before I begin, I will like to do a brief introduction.

Shawarma is a street food native to the Middle East however different countries have embraced this meal and customized it to their specifications. Generally, it consists of bread, chicken breast, vegetables, and cream although one can add whatever suits them to get their desired result. The bread is a must-have and you can get this bread "Tortillas" from your local store or make them yourself as I do. In this stage, I will show you how to make the Tortilla bread at home after which we will make our shawarma.

For this, you will be needing
200 grams  cups all-purpose flour
1.8-gram salt
3 grams of baking powder
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
