KITCHEN MATTERS WITH DANNY

After marriage, I was supposed to resume my housewife duties which include cooking. However, it took a very different turn as I am married to one who loves spending his spare time in the kitchen. I have not tried stopping him, and I would not. The reason being that; this is something he derives joy and pleasure from.

I remember when he said to me, "I want to go for training on bread making, cakes, and pizza." Of course, I gave my support, and he started. It's great to see how far he has come with his dreams even if he is not going to use it as an occupation. It is beautiful to see him do what he loves. With constant training, he is now one of the best students in his department, and all his instructors are in love with him. This has made us even have more friends because the relationship he has with his instructors' overtime turned to friendship which has made me meet every one of them.  It's overwhelming to see how he is placed in high esteem in school.

He has also invested in getting some professional equipment such as an industrial oven and blast chiller. Not to worry, I will share my review on these machines when I can. Today is all about his homemade creations, so sit back, relax, and enjoy.
